How student airport transfers work
Booking takes about a minute and you can do it from anywhere in the world. Enter the airport as your pickup, your university or accommodation address as the destination, the date and time you land, and how many people and bags are travelling. You see your fixed fare first. Then you add a mobile number and email, and we send a secure link to pay for your ride.
Book with the arrival time on your ticket. We track your flight, so a delay does not cancel your ride. Long-haul flights often land very early in the morning or late at night, and a pre-booked car means you are not looking for a taxi rank when you are tired.
Students usually travel with more luggage than other passengers: two or three large bags is common. Tell us how many bags you have and we assign a vehicle that fits, such as a Premium SUV or People Mover, or similar. Your driver is professional and ID-visible.
At the end of term the same booking works in reverse, from your accommodation or campus back to the airport.
