The journey from Kathmandu
Flights from Nepal to Sydney are long-haul and usually involve a stop, so the total journey can take many hours. Please check your own ticket for the exact schedule. We do not give timetable information.

If this is your first international trip, the steps are simple. Land at T1, clear immigration, collect your bags and pass biosecurity. Walk to the arrivals area, where your driver waits. We also send you the meeting details by message.

Vehicle size and bags
A Premium Sedan such as a Lexus ES, Camry or similar suits one or two people with up to two large bags and one carry-on. A Premium SUV such as a Kluger, Lexus RX, RAV4 or similar suits three large bags. A People Mover such as a Kia Carnival or similar suits four or more large bags, or bulky items.

Parents and relatives booking from Nepal
A parent, relative or guardian can book from Nepal. Add the student's flight number, arrival date and Sydney address, then pay by card using the secure link sent by SMS and email. The fare is in Australian dollars, and your bank may convert it from Nepali rupees.
Some students are met by a friend or relative already in Sydney. Share the arrival details with them, so everyone knows the plan.
Housing, work and the first weeks
Many students arrive before they have a permanent room. Give the address of your first stay, and book a second fixed-fare trip when you move.
For the trip home, book from your Sydney address to T1 in advance with your flight time and luggage.
