From Seoul, Busan and other cities
Most students fly from Seoul, and some from Busan or other cities. A direct flight from Seoul is often somewhere around 10 hours, and a flight with a stop takes longer. Please check your own ticket for your schedule.
South Korea uses UTC+9 all year. Sydney is on UTC+10 in Australian winter and UTC+11 in daylight saving time, which usually runs from October to April. Sydney is 1 hour ahead in winter and 2 hours ahead in daylight saving time. The time change is small, but a long night flight can still feel heavy.
Morning arrivals and long queues
Flights from East Asia often arrive in the morning. Immigration lines can be long when several flights land together, so it may take a while to reach the arrivals hall.
We track your flight number, so the driver meets you at the real time you come out. The fixed fare does not change if the flight or the queue runs late.
Exchange term or full degree
Exchange students often bring one or two large bags. Degree students bring more. A Premium Sedan such as a Lexus ES, Camry or similar suits one or two people with up to two large bags and one carry-on. A Premium SUV such as a Kluger, Lexus RX, RAV4 or similar suits three large bags. A People Mover such as a Kia Carnival or similar suits four or more large bags, or bulky items.
Tell us the true number when you book. You can always choose a larger vehicle than the calculator suggests.
Family in Korea making the booking
Parents can book the whole ride. Add the student's flight number, arrival date and Sydney address, then pay online by card through the secure link sent by SMS and email. The fare is in Australian dollars, and your bank may convert it from won.
Forward the confirmation to the student. We are an independent taxi booking service, not a university or agent.
Shared house, residence or short stay
Put the full street address in the booking. If you are staying in a residence, add the building name. If you have not found a room yet, use the address of your short-term stay.
Arriving a few days before orientation week gives you time to rest and see your campus.
Going home for the break
Book your ride to T1 in advance for semester breaks and your final flight. Add your flight time and luggage. The fare is fixed before the day.
A morning departure can mean a very early pickup. Booking ahead means you do not need to search for a taxi at dawn.

We track your flight number. The driver adjusts to the real landing time, and the fixed fare stays the same.
How do I choose the right vehicle size?
Enter your true number of passengers and bags in the calculator and it will suggest a size. Vehicles are assigned by availability, so the make can vary, which is why we always say "or similar".
Can I book the trip home at the end of term now?
Yes. Book from your Sydney address to T1 in advance and pick a time with a comfortable margin before check-in.
