The airport to UTS run
UTS has its main city campus in the Ultimo and Broadway area, close to Central Station and the edge of the CBD. From the airport this is one of the shorter runs into the city. The trip is often quicker than people expect, though peak-hour traffic can slow it.
Your fare is fixed on the agreed route, and tolls on that route are included. Nothing is added at the end of the trip.
Living near a city campus
Because the campus is in the city, many students live in apartment-style student accommodation in Ultimo, Haymarket, Chippendale, Pyrmont and nearby. Some choose the inner west and travel in by train or bus.
The streets in this part of the city can be one-way or busy. Give us the exact street address and a building name, and add a note if the entrance is on a side street.
Arriving late at night or early in the morning
Long-haul flights land at many different hours. A driver who is already booked and waiting is easier than looking for a taxi rank when you are tired. We track your flight, so a delay does not change your booking.
If you want a person holding a name sign and helping with bags, add the A$25 meet-and-greet extra when you book.
Choosing the right vehicle
A Premium Sedan is right for one or two people with up to two large bags. For three large bags or three to four people, choose a Premium SUV (Kluger, Lexus RX, RAV4 or similar). Four or more large bags, or oversize items, need a People Mover such as a Kia Carnival or similar.
The vehicle is assigned by dispatch based on passengers, luggage and availability. Pick the size that fits your load.
Returning to the airport when the session ends
The trip back from Ultimo or Broadway to T1 is booked in the same way. Enter your address, flight time and bag count. We suggest planning to reach the airport with plenty of time, and you should check your airline's advice for international check-in.

Which UTS campus does the Ultimo preset cover?
The calculator is preset to Ultimo, near the main city campus. You can enter any nearby address, including the Broadway area.
Is the fare higher if traffic is heavy?
No. The fixed fare does not go up because of traffic. There is no meter and no surge.
Can you pick me up from a student building in the city?
Yes, for both arrival and departure trips. Please give the full street address so the driver knows where to stop.
How do I pay?
You pay online by card using the secure link we send after you book. Your bank may convert the amount from your own currency.
Do you offer help with heavy bags?
The driver helps with your luggage at the vehicle. For inside-terminal help with a name sign, add the A$25 meet-and-greet extra.
Is this an official UTS transfer?
