A long journey, a big time difference
Saudi Arabia does not change its clocks for daylight saving. It is on UTC+3 all year. Sydney is 7 hours ahead of Saudi time during Australian winter and 8 hours ahead during Australian daylight saving, which usually runs from October to April. Check the exact difference for your travel date.
There is often no simple direct route, so many travellers connect through a hub city on the way. Total journey time can be long, commonly a full day of travel or more. After that, the last thing a student needs is a queue for a taxi.
What happens when the plane lands
International flights arrive at Sydney Airport Terminal 1, known as T1. The student will go through immigration, collect their bags and pass a biosecurity check. This can take time, especially after a busy landing.
We track the flight number you give us. The driver adjusts to the real landing time and meets the student in the arrivals area. If the plane is late, the fare does not change.
Booking as a parent or guardian
You can book from Saudi Arabia for someone else. Enter the student's flight number, their arrival date and the Sydney address, and add your contact details. Then send the confirmation to the student so they know what to look for at the airport.

Suitcases for a new life in Sydney
Students often carry several large bags for a term or a full year. A Premium Sedan fits one or two people with up to two large bags. For three large bags, or a parent travelling with the student, choose a Premium SUV such as a Kluger, Lexus RX, RAV4 or similar. For four or more large bags, choose a People Mover such as a Kia Carnival or similar.

The first week and orientation
Some students go straight to student accommodation. Others stay a few nights in a hotel or short-term rental first, then move. You can book the airport trip to either address, and you can book a second transfer for moving day.
Orientation week often happens before classes begin. Plan your flight to arrive a few days early, so there is time to rest, buy a SIM card and find your way around.
Paying online and going home at term end
After you book, we send a secure link by SMS and email so you can pay online by card. The fare is set in Australian dollars, and your bank may convert it from your own currency.
At the end of term, book the return trip from the student's address to T1. Add the flight time and choose a pickup time with plenty of margin. Check your airline's advice on when to arrive for an international flight.

Will the driver wait if the student is slow at immigration?
The driver follows the tracked flight and meets the student in arrivals. Queues at immigration and biosecurity are normal.
