A shorter flight, a big change

Students moving for a degree carry more than a short-stay visitor. A Premium Sedan such as a Lexus ES, Camry or similar suits one or two people with up to two large bags and one carry-on. A Premium SUV such as a Kluger, Lexus RX, RAV4 or similar suits three large bags. A People Mover such as a Kia Carnival or similar suits four or more large bags, or bulky items.
Bags often feel heavier after a first shopping trip. If you plan to buy bedding or a desk chair soon after arrival, book a larger vehicle for the return leg of any trip.
Parents and guardians in Hong Kong
Families can book from Hong Kong. Add the student's flight number, arrival date and Sydney address. Pay online by card through the secure link we send by SMS and email; the fare is in Australian dollars, and your bank may convert it from Hong Kong dollars.
Send the confirmation to the student, so they know where to meet the driver.
Student housing and the first week
Some students go to a university residence, others to a shared apartment. Provide the full street address, including the building name and unit number. If you arrive before your lease starts, use the address of your temporary stay.
Arrive a few days before orientation week if you can. It gives you time to find your way to campus and buy the basics.
Term breaks and the return flight
Many students go home for the mid-year and end-of-year breaks. Book your ride from your Sydney address to T1 well ahead, add your flight time and choose a pickup that leaves a safe margin.
