Students fly from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other cities. Most routes are long-haul with at least one stop, and total travel time can be long. Please check your own ticket for the schedule.

Late-night and early-morning arrivals
After a connection, flights can reach Sydney at odd hours. A student may arrive at midnight or well before sunrise, with heavy bags and little sleep.
We track your flight number, so the driver is at T1 for the real landing time. A late flight does not change the fixed fare.
Postgraduate and research students
Many students arrive to start a masters degree or research programme, and some bring books, equipment and household items. A Premium Sedan such as a Lexus ES, Camry or similar suits one or two people with up to two large bags and one carry-on. A Premium SUV such as a Kluger, Lexus RX, RAV4 or similar suits three large bags. A People Mover such as a Kia Carnival or similar suits four or more large bags, or bulky items.
If you carry boxes or other bulky items, tell us when you book so that a vehicle with enough space is assigned.
Family in Pakistan booking the ride
A parent, spouse or guardian can book from Pakistan. Add the student's flight number, arrival date and Sydney address, and pay online by card through the secure link sent by SMS and email. The fare is in Australian dollars, and your bank may convert it from Pakistani rupees.

The first week: housing and orientation
Give the exact address of your first stay, and add the building name and unit number if you have them. If you plan to move again, book another fixed-fare trip in Sydney once you have the new address.
Arrive a few days before orientation week if possible. It gives you time to rest, set up a phone and travel to campus once before classes.
Returning home
For breaks and at the end of your course, book from your Sydney address to T1. Add your flight time and luggage, and choose a pickup with a comfortable margin.
The fare is agreed before the day and there is no meter, so the ride home is easy to plan.
