Flying from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang
Students commonly fly from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, and some from other cities. Some routes are direct and others stop on the way, so total travel time varies. Please check your own ticket for the schedule; we do not quote timetables.
Vietnam uses UTC+7 all year. Sydney is on UTC+10 in Australian winter and UTC+11 in daylight saving time, which usually runs from October to April. Sydney is 3 hours ahead in winter and 4 hours ahead in daylight saving time.
The first hour after you land
At T1, you pass immigration, collect your bags and go through biosecurity. It can take some time, especially when several flights land together. There is no need to rush.
We track your flight number. The driver adjusts to the real landing time, and we send you the meeting details by message.
A calm start for a first trip abroad
For many students this is their first time living overseas. A known driver, a known price and a known address remove three worries at once. You can save your energy for the days that follow.

Bags and vehicle choice
A Premium Sedan such as a Lexus ES, Camry or similar suits one or two people with up to two large bags and one carry-on. A Premium SUV such as a Kluger, Lexus RX, RAV4 or similar suits three large bags. A People Mover such as a Kia Carnival or similar suits four or more large bags, or bulky items.
Please be honest about how many bags you have. If you bring a bike box or extra boxes, tell us so the right size vehicle is sent.
Family in Vietnam paying online
A parent or guardian can book and pay from Vietnam by card. Add the student's flight number, arrival date and Sydney address. The fare is in Australian dollars, and your bank may convert it from dong.
Forward the confirmation to the student. If a relative or friend lives in Sydney, send it to them too.
Home stay, residence or shared house
Give the full street address of your first stay. For homestay, check the exact address and unit with your host before you fly. For a residence, add the building name.
At the end of the term, book from your Sydney address to T1 with your flight time. The fare is fixed before the day.

We track your flight number. The driver adjusts to the real landing time, and the fixed fare stays the same.
How do I choose the right vehicle size?
Enter your true number of passengers and bags in the calculator and it will suggest a size. Vehicles are assigned by availability, so the make can vary, which is why we always say "or similar".
Can I book the trip home at the end of term now?
Yes. Book from your Sydney address to T1 in advance and pick a time with a comfortable margin before check-in.
