Flying from Colombo
Most students fly from Colombo. Some routes are direct and others stop on the way, so total travel time varies. Please check your own ticket for the schedule; we do not comment on timetables.

What happens after landing
At T1 you clear immigration, collect your bags and pass biosecurity. Please declare food, plant items and similar things honestly, because Australia's biosecurity rules are strict.
Your driver waits in the arrivals area. We track your flight, and a late landing does not change the fixed fare.
Bags for a full course
Students starting a degree often bring several large bags. A Premium Sedan such as a Lexus ES, Camry or similar suits one or two people with up to two large bags and one carry-on. A Premium SUV such as a Kluger, Lexus RX, RAV4 or similar suits three large bags. A People Mover such as a Kia Carnival or similar suits four or more large bags, or bulky items.

Booking from Sri Lanka
Parents and guardians can book from home. Add the student's flight number, arrival date and Sydney address, and pay online by card using the secure link sent by SMS and email. The fare is in Australian dollars, and your bank may convert it from Sri Lankan rupees.
Send the confirmation to the student. If a relative in Sydney will help settle them in, send it to that person too.
Accommodation and the first week
Give the full street address of your first stay, whether it is a residence, a shared house or a short-term rental. Add the unit or building name if you have it.
Arriving before orientation week gives you time to rest and learn the way to campus.
The trip home at term end
Book your ride from your Sydney address to T1 in advance. Add your flight time and luggage, and choose a pickup with a comfortable margin.
The fare is fixed before the day, with no meter and no surge, even in busy holiday periods.
